This is my third time visiting Coco’s, we’re not from the area but I love coming here with my daughters for coffee and a bite to eat. The shop is beautifully decorated and clean, it can get really busy but we’ve always managed to get a seat. The menu is limited, usually soup and a toastie on my visits, all of which have been delicious, but there are plenty of cakes and sweet treats on offer. They did run out of food last time I visited at around 2pm as they were busy (although we still enjoyed cake and coffee) so I’d recommend coming early to avoid disappointment. Prices on the higher side, but you feel like you are getting something a little more special here.

Coco’s isn’t your typical coffee shop. Everything on the menu feels thoughtfully put together: food that’s a little different, beautifully made, and different to the typical coffee shop. The quality of both the food and drinks is consistently excellent. If I’m being picky, they do lean into the current trends such as avocados, pistachio, matcha, that sort of thing, but that’s very much a personal niggle rather than a problem because they’re popular choices! The only genuine downside is that it’s clearly popular, so it can get quite noisy at busy times. But honestly, with food and coffee this good, it’s hard to fault.

Stunning food, always beautifully presented and tastes delicious. Plus the iced matcha is amazing. Service is fabulous too.

Such a cosy coffee place! We had a lovely walk around the town, and then stopped off for some toasted sandwich, coffee, tea and cakes. Super busy midday on a Saturday, but managed to get a nice seat in the window. Staff are lovely, and service was pretty quick considering no empty seats. The white choc button cake is a must! We also loved the beef dripping gravy with the pulled toastue, and loved the ceaser chicken too. Popped out the back to see the candles and diffusers, really good you can also buy refills. Parking across the alleyway opposite super easy!

I visited Coco’s Coffee & Kitchen in Aberdare for breakfast and was very impressed!! The staff were warm and welcoming. The breakfast itself was excellent and presentation was impeccable. The coffee was beautifully made — rich, smooth, just the right temperature. My meal was fresh and tasty: perfectly cooked eggs, generously portions and flavours that showed care and good sourcing. Can't wait to visit again !!

I had a date night. From the service to the food everything was just amazing. The music, the decoration, the staff...definitely I will be back.

Amazing coffee well made and good favour. . Modern cafe , very friendly and food was very tasty. Highly recommend this place if you are into freshly made, local sourced food. Banana bread salmon bagel and cheese toastie

A really pleasant surprise upon my visit to cocos. I was planning on just having a coffee, but when I seen the food, I had to give it a try! I had the steak and eggs with a side of fries. All was perfectly cooked, well presented and adequately portioned. The coffee was pretty good too! I would definitely go back again.
